How to Onboard Methods
Method 1
Register Via Debit Card
(For existing DFCC Bank customers)
- Download the Virtual Wallet app via Google play store, Apple app store or Huawei app gallery.
- Select the “Debit Card Sign Up” option.
- Enter your DFCC registered Mobile Number.
- Select your Identification number provided to DFCC bank (NIC/EIC/PP)
- Enter the 16 digit Debit Card Number.
- Enter your Debit Card PIN number. Once the above details are verified, you will receive an OTP to the mobile number provided.
- Enter the OTP, if the entered OTP is valid, your wallet will be created and an initial login PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- In your first login you have to use your mobile number and the initial pin received to your mobile number.
- After that you will be redirected to the pin change screen using that screen you will be able to change the pin.

- Verify the details with customer service representative.
- Get Register with DFCC Virtual Wallet.
